About the Author
Naresh Gathani was born in Nairobi, Kenya. His parents were residents of Gujrat, India and later immigrated to Kenya. Being the sixth of seven siblings, his secondary education took place in Kenya. At the age of seventeen, he made the significant decision to migrate to the United Kingdom, where he pursued a degree in Dental Surgery. He had a rewarding career and got retirement at the age of fifty-eight in 2015. Naresh Gathani has just started his career as an author with his first book , “How planets affect our lives”.
Naresh has two daughters and four grandchildren and also went through a divorce. He thoroughly enjoys doing a wide range of activities like badminton, music, dance, food, and travel. Moreover, he also finds great pleasure in exploring theosophy and astrology through his reading choices. During his formative years, he discovered several impactful books which left an ever-lasting impact on his life. ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’ by Paramhansa Yogananda became a treasure read for him throughout his life.
‘Transits’ by Reinhold Ebertin also serve as a valuable reference book, while Swami Sri Yukteswar’s ‘The Holy Science’ also provides profound insights. Additionally, Naresh Gathani immersed himself in the writings of Bhagwan Shree Sathya Sai Baba. All these literary works not only influenced his philosophy and thinking but also sparked intuitive perceptions between the lines, which proved to be thought-provoking. Naresh’s cynicism gradually dissipated as he embarked on his own research and study.
In his latest work, he presented his profound understanding of planetary interactions in a comprehensive way. His exploration journey proved to be stimulating, and now he shared the tools that contributed to his personal fulfilment in this pursuit. Drawing upon his intuition and insights gleaned from the influential writings, the author believes that astrology has the potential to offer substantial benefits to humanity.
